Is it any wonder that many people fail at body fat reduction? Most people consider they only must get hold of a diet plan and their life will be changed. But we all know having a diet plan alone is not a guarantee for success.

There are hundreds of diets out there and most of them work. The problem is, people don’t work for the diet plan. Why not?

There are many changes that must take place before a person is able to make successful long-lasting changes to eating habits. We will spend the next couple of posts talking about those changes and how to bring them about.

One of the first things you must do is to decide that your body fat lose project is important; important enough to give it some attention. You will not achieve your result of weight loss unless you give it the attention it deserves.
Become passionate about your new lifestyle and let people know about it.

Perform focused thinking upon your new project. This is different from obsessive thinking. Focused thinking is a positive way of approaching the project. Obsessive thinking is the negative approach. Talk with some friends and see if you can define the difference between the two.
