My dividend journey began when I realized that two particular expenses in my budget were always going to go up and never go down. The two expenses were taxes and insurance. I realized that the dramatic rise in both will need some added income. So, I started buying shares paying dividends. I can now see that this will be the path I need to take to make sure those two expenses will not overtake my future income.

We read news in the media that doom and gloom is coming and we just accept it, doom and gloom doesn’t always have to be coming, I’ve read numerous success stories of people that are pulling off tremendous gains of up to $250K within weeks in this crazy market and I just want to learn how to achieve such figures.
  • A few of the insights I gained from listening to Emma and Jay: ✴Never stay in your lane☺ ✴Be kind, it costs so little to be kind yet goes a long way💞 ✴Live with gratitude🙏 ✴Don't be too afraid of failure, step out and do things anyway💪 ✴Don't waste time/energy worrying about decisions already made. Make the decision, then make it work!🌟 ✴Be the best at whatever you do, even if it's serving tables✴
  • 'What is hard work?' Hard work is getting up thinking about the end goal when you're nowhere near close to it but you can see a pathway. Yes!She is a great example that anything is possible. Thanks Emma really wanted to hear this❤

wow, what a refreshing, honest, spontaneous, empowered woman. favorite episode so far, it felt so real, not curated answers, just a real conversation. role model from now on.
  • @morgymorgg
She’s so positive, her mindset is just empowering and how she doesn’t believe the voices in her head or knows what they are. I love that
  • @Regina.Clarke
She is amazing and authentic! I know her brand, but I’ve never heard her speak. We need more of her on the internet talking about life. This is one of the most realistic interviews I’ve seen in a long time. Very refreshing!
  • @jadeinthashade
LOVE this episode! My favorite takeaway is not being afraid to fail. Build up endurance and resilience and “fail right”, whatever that looks like for you, but be in a mental state to where you can learn and move on with those learnings to try again. 🎉

This made me cry because she’s the person I KNOW I will think of when I make it. Currently going thru everything she went thru while working on my business on the low. This really touched my heart 😍❤️

Emma is amazing!!! So straight to the point and inspiring. I’m currently 22 managing my home and working 2 jobs alongside starting my business as a jeweller. This episode was everything I needed and more. Empowering to say the least
  • @Monas99
This woman is amazing- we need more role models and leaders like her! thank you Jay for inviting her. She's so amazing and so accomplished- inside and out. She's totally right about the "impostor" syndrome which is so one sided as it applies to only women in business but not men. I've heard it being ask of many women on podcasts and interviews.
  • @marielniegos5054

The Oprah / Quincy Jones story as a reminder that no one is watching as much as we are watching ourselves is such a great reminder. Thanks for this show.
