"We are not eating for pleasure, we are eating for Gains". I felt that.
  • @warriorway5287
I eat 7-9 times a day. Just need to start working out now.

Since I was born, I've never thought that I'll need an eating motivation LOL

"You don't become where you want. You become where your habits take you." As a 37-year-old with two young boys, it doesn't stop me from pushing my limits, and I am stronger now than in my early 30s. Not on this level, of course, but it is motivating—much respect for those who do.
  • I know the feeling. You can see it on their faces, the misery of eating when you're full. Always been the hardest part for me.

Honestly u should exclusively post eating motivation. We all love going to the gym, eating is what really takes motivation.

  • When I started working out, my two main mistakes were lack of sleep and not eating enough (not being in a caloric surplus). I always thought I was eating enough and was disappointed because my weight stagnated. Then I got my first diet plan created (I think it was from helper Next Level Diet). I realised that my previous food intake was way below my needs, although I thought I'm good. At the beginning it was hard to eat 3500 kcal in a day, but I got used to it. I started noticing real gains and it felt amazing. I wish I'd understood the importance of diet earlier.
  • ''The eating is very important, it's not like an average person.. When we talk about quantities, you can't get this big from snacking a little foods here and there. It's lots of calories, all the time .. consistently. A lot of people don't understand, to keep that size up, it's hard to work just to put this food down.. Because you're not always hungry and you still have to maintain your calorie intake in order to maintain the size.'' -Dennis James #EatingIsTheHardestPart

I'm not tryna achieve bodybuilding level but as a gym goer, watching this will help me understand how much I still have to eat to achieve the body I want.
  • I needed this video. Trying to bulk up but struggling to put down the meals. Thanks for the inspiring video. "Eat for purpose and not for pleasure"

Been following this channel and a few others and watched most of the bulking motivation content. Started in 2021 at 130lbs to 200lbs. Cut to 170 and now starting again. Thank you Nicandro motivation

Funny I came across this after watching some fitness videos. I pre made 10 meals earlier today for the week consisting of chicken, ground turkey, green beans, broccoli, and white rice. I’m very excited to shape up my diet and overall protein intake. I turn 30 in 7 months and I’d really like to be proud of the way I look when I do it. I can’t wait to get back in the gym after a couple years off and try to see what I can do, I am more motivated than ever to be the biggest and best I can be.

  • @Lleah864
you become what you eat - sun zu
  • In fact training itself is not the most exhausting. The worst is the constant state of digestion.

I remember I tried eating like a body builder before, where I would eat every 2 hours (Oatmeal, egg whites, brown rice, sweet potato, chicken, fish, broccoli) I was big strong and bulky, but never looked very defined, But then I started intermittent fasting and got shredded and still retained some size...
