She is a great instructor, and seems very fun, but I have to be honest, I definitely think she's a better Strongwoman then Mitch is a kicker lol. Also its interesting to see how both of them transitioned into, or out of, "Teaching Mode."
  • @BaronVonScrub
Holy crap, Silvana's balance is GOD TIER. She can put her leg at ANY level of extension on any angle, in motion, or stationary, and just be ROCK STEADY on her remaining footing. That's incredible.
  • @frankblackadder
Eddie is a beast, but Mitch's athletic conditioning is incredible. I want to see this.
  • @Quumissyou
I like how Silvana is explaining the basics of kicking and kicks. And her kicks so effortless. He will get better and I Hope he Kicks in his fight. And how they both are trying thairuokakulttuurin best at everything.

Also, not trashing other even when asked❤

This woman is very skilled in her martial art but Im not sold on the effectiveness of chambered kicks for MMA. The kicks bazooka joe was using are typically more applicable and widley used for this reason
  • Dude you have potential to be over all one of the best athletes to ever walk the face of the earth let alone world’s strongest
  • @espenstoro
I like the half n half format with teaching both ways. Master vs novice from different perspectives.
  • @emissary_kyle
Eddie isn't likely to throw too many kicks in the fight. I think a huge weapon against him would be low kicks, a bladed stance isn't going to be too useful in a cage. Balance and mobility against takedowns is to risky unless you're like Wonderboy or Machida.
  • dude, you're both such chill people. genuine and down to earth. keep on keepin on! also, the grip strength and dominant/non-dominant hand thing is awesome and makes sense. when i carry in groceries i load up my left wrist and hand with pretty much all the bags and small stuff for my right. i'm right hand dominant. plus my right hand is available for unlocking the door/operating handles. it just always made more sense to load up my left. silly comparison to lifting weights, but still lol
  • @zGJungle
That upchaining is some thing I have not heard of before, but it makes perfect sense, I have always had physical jobs but my current job requires lots of hand strength for the lifts, and it's made my whole upper body feel more powerful.
  • @rcBitz
Great video, thanks. Really enjoyed the second part and the extra information shared.
  • @handsmcneil
I Love the enthusiasm you have when teaching the strongman stuff that comes out with every person you have on. Super cool.
  • I adore her. She seems like an amazing teacher with a great personality. Looking forward to hopefully more training footage in preparation for the fight.
  • @nbgrooms
This girl's balance was incredible! I can tell it took hours of training probably for her to get there. Not only that, but she's also a great trainer keeping explanations simple.
  • @KasparMesikapp
I wish you the best of luck as Eddie has been taking this pretty seriously and training with Tom Aspinall.
Just training with people your own size and getting a feel of them is a whole different level. Best of luck, I'm not counting you fully out but i dont think this is going the distance

I have watched a few of your videos and I'm thoroughly enjoying them. The ones with Little T. are very funny. You're a sweet big bear. 🐻
