I like how you show your guide lines on the actual head of the model. It's a good idea to show younger artists. This is awesome. 👍

I am non art person, but still really enjoyed this video. Drawing hair around the face is much difficult than drawing the face itself. The portrait is her twin sister. Great artisan.

The order in which you focused on the features, and saving the eyes to last, is interesting. I almost always go to eyes first and end up with misproportioned heads, especially the forehead. Beautiful example of loomis portraiture. Thank you.

Everybody is a critic in these comments smh. The drawing is beautiful and represents the loomis method well enough.

As a beginner, I've learned that it is important to take time or to be more focus on layout rather than focusing in shading. Thanks! This mean a lot to me! ❤

Starting with the eyebrows really helped with placing the nose and then having the nose helped place the mouth. Super smart! I tend to start with the eyes but this makes a whole lot more sense!

Not in a million years would I learn to draw like that. Very nice 👍.
  • @noreason368
Didn't do the exact same and the art was miles apart but the amount of things I got to learn is what I would like to really thank you

أشعر بالسعادة والهدوء عند مشاهده الرسامين يرسمون ❤.
  • I followed how you drew and it turned out amazing! I have only been drawing for 3 days, I am aiming to reach 100 days drawing. It turned out amazing and I cant wait to see how much more potential I have in 97 more days!

Here's a video that had me hooked from start to finish... your skills are really good, I noticed that you managed to do this in less than 1 hour and without erasing, amazing

I’ve never seen someone approach drawing like you. It’s really given me a different perspective on how to view hair.
  • @user-ns9dy7hn7u
You made it look easy. I’ve never tried a portrait before. Very beautiful.

Честно говоря, я потрясён вашим мастерством! Я смотрел за каждым взмахом руки, за каждым штрихом карандаша, а главное: смотрел, как зарождается произведение искусства. Спасибо вам за эти прекрасные минуты! <3
  • 😃 Merciii !!! C'est formidable !! Enfin une personne qui prend la peine de nous enseigner le dessin pas à pas ! ❤
  • @Dzeroed
I cannot wait to watch and try this out, I love drawing but I'm not great at 3D/aspects. I can do technical drawings really well but I love sketching real life and incorporating fantasy art, sci-fi into my drawings. Thank you for taking the time to record this and teach us new skills- I appreciate it greatly 🖖
  • Excellent! I love the way you draw so precise and I also doodle lines on the face as I am drawing!
