    I have several friends who fell pregnant naturally late 30’s and early 40’s.
  • This was very important. But Dr you said the egg will die within 24 hours. I didn't know about that.

    What if you also have vey low AMH he low ovarian reserves? In that case no matter how much gonaditrophines you use, it won’t help.

    What would have had to occur for a woman in her nineties, who had been infertile all her life, to fall pregnant, I wonder.
