    I remember when this commercial aired on television. Yes, I’m old now. The 80’s were such a fun time! Arcade games and awesome pop music were icons of the decade. Your bike was your ticket to freedom and the streetlights turning on were the signal to get back home.

    This just makes me sad. Still miss Michael, like it was yesterday we lost him. 💔 But I ADORE Alfonso's "WOW!" facial expression when he bumps into Michael doing the moonwalk, and turns around to see him. I actually almost didn't recognize Alfonso, except....that smile! He's always had that same smile.

    Alfonso Ribeiro aka Carlton Banks aka The Tap Dance Kid. His Grandmother owned the liquor store on E.233st in the Bronx in the early 80s. One time Alfonso came by and shut the whole area down! Everybody came outside to see him and get autographs. Shout Out to Alfonso. Before Carlton Banks he was big time

    I had a little Micheal jacket when I was 8, had his poster on my wall (omg the one with the yellow cardigan - preppie was so "in" at the time 😂); I collected all of his stickers (remember when we collected photo albums full of unused stickers?)...I just LOVED Micheal when I was a little white girl growing up in the suburbs. As kids we IDOLIZED that man. Still love him. There will really never be another Micheal... he was... once in a lifetime.
