Actually they have fixed the input delay counter. It's under a different location in the settings. I think if you turn your latency markers on and turn creative runtime performance stats on, you'll see your input delay.

Can you use stretched just in fortnite and not in your whole PC without having to constantly change it? Like automically change to 1920x1080 once i exit out of fortnite?
