Q: How come you don’t get fat?
A: I eat like this for 1 hour of a 168 hour long week. In simple terms, I eat at caloric maintenance over the course of time, meaning I don’t gain weight. If you're interested in learning more, see the 'It Was Just A Normal Day...' video.
Q: Don’t you worry about your health?
A: Not in particular. I’m active. I eat nutrient dense foods five days a week. And, I get quarterly bloods done, amongst other health checks.

Evening all! I'm currently in the midst of filming the one million subscriber special...I know, finally right? Love the cheerful lady taking the order over the intercom. Also they trained her well - after having taken an order for the entire menu she still asked if there was "anything else"!

I"m sitting in a taco bell eating fish n chips in the states watching an englishman eat taco bell in his british kitchen. Its almost as psychotic as travelling to San Diego to eat Fish and Chips. (Which I'm now inspired to do thanks Beard)

I grew up in the city. My husband grew up on a farm where they ate what they grew/ hunted and maybe had been to a restaurant a total of 10 times his whole life before meeting me. When we first started dating we went to a mexican restaurant where he struggled with the menu but eventually ordered a "quadzilla" from the waitress. We laughed so hard and years later thats just what we call them now in this house 😂
