So what happens to the other guy..? So if one guy dies the tank is destroyed.. seems messed up to kill the other guy just bc? Or is there something secret island all the last guys go to? 🤔

The AMC actually does well at one-shotting things with its explosive filler if you pen... but that's a big "if" even at reserve BRs.

I feel that the type 60 still takes the cake due to amount of ammo, slow atgm and no being able to fire at anything less than 200m. There are several terrible tanks at low br like the french reserves and that russian rocket premium but you also encounter a lot of enemy players that have no idea what they are doing and vehicles made from paper

Fun fact about Mle1892G in WT. Before some of the large changes to ammunition and penetration, this round used to have a fuze sensitivity of 25mm, meaning if you hit somewhere/something with less that 25mm of armor, this was essentially solid shot. Hitting something like a BT-7 or Panzer II C for example would not cause the round to detonate in the enemy tank.

A couple years ago, Phly also did surprisingly okay driving this thing despite having the lowest pen of frenchies. I think it's mostly because of the speed of the tank and the fact it has a lot of filler in the shell. Contrast to the conehead which is too slow that it's forced to confront enemies at their front with solid shot. That's the real pain.

I remember spading all the low-pen french tanks... You get the penetration of a 12.7, but with none of the fire rate. Luckily playing against new players balances this vehicle quite nicely

There's actually a B1 tank with that gun and same turret, the hull was also less armored, but it had the same 75mm that the in game B1's have, also with a machine gun side mounted to the 75, in my opinion it would be a good addition to the french tree. And as a franch main i would love it. I particularly don't find that little thing useless, i like to use it, it's quite fun and challenging, and i find the L3 harder to use, i just don't understand why gaijin gave it such a long reload, there's no reason to it. Yeah the true problem is... you can't kill any Pz III anywhere you can only shoot the back of the hull, exept the Pz III B, that one is easy.

You gotta hand it to the french, it must be quite difficult making a 47mm cannon perform worse than a 12.7 mm against armor, but they pulled it off
