    Green or peppermint tea with a pinch or quarter teaspoon of cinnamon powder is a good way to absorb it in a refreshing way. You'll have to keep stirring it as it may sink to the bottom of the cup. Worth trying.
  • Ceylon cinnamon and turmeric/black pepper are awesome for inflammation and glucose balancing. I use organic Ceylon cinnamon powder in my tooth powder recipes as well. Thank you Dr. Mandel for sharing your knowledge to help us with taking care of our health and part of a strategy towards self reliance.

    Can't thank you enough for this info!!!! I had a hacking cough here and there throughout the day and the sinus drainage at night would cause me to cough and interrupt my sleep. I started using cinnamon and the cough and sinus drainage went away!!!! I'm amazed and so grateful. Bless You!!!!

    Thank you Dr.Mandel. Black tea with 1/2 a lemon juice, honey and a pinch or two of cinnamon will take care of sore throat, cold, cough. Put the cleaned peel of lemon also in the tea for lemon oil to infuse. 1 cup is enough for 3-4 times a day and you are free of cold and sore throat. Do it at the onset of the symptoms. Hope this helps someone.
