Tropical Storm Beryl forms

Got a straightforward run to the gulf,but glad to see its predicted to downgrade to that point. 1. That high pressure south west of us in the gulf is the only one in the area to change its course. 2. The now sustained record 200 plus mpr shear increase in the jet stream could considerably reduce it. Or steer it toward the eastern gulf reagions,and by then its a tropical level storm. These are the things I'm hoping for,because we are ill equipped as far as water management. But,the days are early yet,this could come bite the hell out of somebody....
