Real talk, love the ones who are honest. No one is saying with steroids you are not working your arse off. It's just making sure that you don't lie and set unrealistic expectations for people whilst promoting yourself. Bodybuilding is a tough sport no matter what.

So glad I never took any gear, I’m in my 50’s and no one believes me when I tell them that. I’m not as big or cut as I was 20yrs ago but with constant workouts and a decent diet the last 35yrs I’m happy with how I look and more importantly how I feel.

Kenny you should interview more Natural Olympia Athletes like the one at 4:40. You can give them more exposure since they really don’t get much sponsorship or notoriety.
