It is a pretty tiny apartment (540sqft = 50sqm) but since it's right in the middle of the city and it's the biggest place I've lived in as an adult, I'm super excited to give you a tour. I live there with my boyfriend Bobby (from @LivingBobby)
A few things I talk about in this video:
- How I love the minimalist style
- How much everything costs (including all those hidden costs people usually don't talk about)
- How we optimized all the space

Excellent apartment and compared to New York City, very reasonably priced. The landlord really designed this well to max out the available space. Great find!
-
So well designed! Love the indoor windows for sound reduction and extra light. Great storage spaces too!

Beautiful place! Love how it's simple yet nice and cozy and modern. Congrats again to you both,Lucile!

Such a beautiful space! Love it!

This flat is so gorgeous! Considering it is fully furnished and it's new the cost is very reasonable.

Love this apt. and the furnishings. You are right the bedroom is amazing. I could live there without changing anything.

Gorgeous apartment! :D

The apartment is beautifully done but omg…the prices. I never understood why people live in Paris, London, NYC, unless they are tied there by a job.😯 2500 euro a month for 50 sqm is obscene and I’m not being critical of you but of the real estate market being insane.
