1lb apples - clean/peeled/diced
1/2 cup brown sugar (to taste)
1 tbsp lemon zest
2 tsps cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
Pinch of salt
1/4 cup cinnamon sugar
Caramel drizzle, ice cream and mint

    That does look delish. I think I would try in oven or even the air fryer at 350 o 375. Really good with ice cream too.
