    Okay wow. You literally changed my perspective on waking up super early and getting into a super early morning routine. Routines can be very subjective for everyone but I really really loved how you shared that not every day of the week has to be a 6am. If 4 out of 7 days are 6am you're still good with it. Really appreciate the perspective ❤. I'm definitely gonna add that into my routine because I prefer an early morning start of the day but don't get to achieve that in my regular routine and then feel so bad for the rest of the day.

    always love the morning routine and how open you talk about that it constantly changes. so many people make it seem like it needs to be this like "one size fits all for always" when it's really not. i was wondering if you could go a little more in depth about how you read your bible or your routine for that. do you just open on a random section, read and take notes; do you follow a timeline or specific order; do you read/research anything about the chapter you're going to read for the day before hand... i've been wanting to get into bible reading myself, that's why the questions. also super excited for the giveaway results!!! 😊cant wait!!!!💗💗💗

    I think the morning workout is a great way to start the day, because it really gives you energy to do the rest of things. I wonder sometimes why is so difficult to wake up early and get in the mood but for sure leaving everything ready the day before totally helps ! 😊

  • I naturally wake up between 5 AM and 6 AM every morning but in the winter when it's below 0 temperatures or snow everywhere, I sometimes hit the snooze button and sleep until 6:09 AM. In the summer, it's easy to get up between 4:30 AM and 5 AM with the sun pouring in my window (sunrise here is before 5 AM in June). I once tried a super early riser routine of getting up at 2 AM every morning no matter what, I lasted two weeks. I had more "me" time in the morning (or I guess part of it is really "the middle of the night") but I had minimal social life outside of Saturday morning and afternoon with friends, it took two weeks of that and collapsing from exhaustion after work before I went back to 5 AM-6AM wakeup time. Most people I talked to told me at 2 AM was overkill.
