To answer a few more questions that I saw in this comment section: - Rage only changes the knockback of a move and not the damage - The custom balance only changes the attack power, so setting Shulk's balance to 70% wouldn't change anything - Riki only increases a fighters knockback and not the damage - Doing this setup as Kirby gives Kirby another 1.2x multiplier but Kirby lacks the x1.3 multiplier from Sephiroth's winged form.

For his neutral special, he wields a nuclear device

Finally. Gigaflare is reaching canonical strength

You forgot one way to make him more powerful: Make him shirtless

I love how the Dark Emperor turns around like "HOLY SHIT WHAT DID YOU DO!"
-
Pretty solid 0 to death combo
-
In today’s episode: Sephiroth freaking annihilates a gigantic cat
-
That Gigaflare was so powerful, that even while the game was at the slowest speed, I still couldn’t see Shulk flying off the screen
-
Assist Trophy be like Let's just paint a happy little cat to hide this carnage
-
Imagine dealing that much damage, just so that your opponent can perfect shield it.
-
It suddenly makes sense how he one-shot Galeem.
-
The phrase "If you know about more ways to increase Sephiroth's power, please let me know in the comment section" has a weirdly powerful energy
-
How to play Sephiroth: Step 1: CASUALLY APPROACH CHILD
-
6:02 When the attack is so strong that you have to use a cat to censor it
-
Hey, Sephiroth, where’s Shulk? “Gone...reduced to atoms...”

Sephiroth: Deals tens of thousands of damage in one attack Smash bros: "Best I can do is 999.9%."
-
"Finally, someone has reached 0.02 percent of my cannonical power" -Kirbo
-
If you think about it, it's pretty fitting that the character with the highest single hit damage potential in the game is the final boss of a jrpg.
-
My brother describing how hard I hit him
-
"If you know about more ways to increase Sephiroth's power, please comment" Have you considered summoning Meteor and letting him merge with the Lifestream?
