    I hate how the guy rephrases what she says, but men often do that in banking/corporate America. Looks like Kym was starting to get antsy towards the end. I wish they had a vision board or PowerPoint of their company goals.

    people deserve a second chance as long as they aren't violent criminals, pimps, drug dealers, and pretty much anyone that isn't a women or a minority. in other words, if your social currency isn't affected, then you should get redeemed, otherwise, enjoy your 40 yea sentences for punching someone who was shooting you in the back of the head.
