I Exposed Fake Psychics!

Couple fun facts from the video: 1. The hypnotist hypnotized the owner of the house but we couldn’t add it because we weren’t 100% sure she was in on it 2. Despite getting a lot of crap for blurring faces, we don’t want to potentially ruin someone’s reputation/job/life at the expense of our fun lil videos. There’s too many variables we have to take into account when making that final decision. 3. Riley was the coolest dude, he stuck around for a few minutes after shooting to show us some tricks. 4. Sam will never drive a red car

The psychic made me feel really uncomfortable in the sense that a lot of mediums use cold reading techniques to make it seem as though the dead relative/friend is speaking to their living loved ones. It's sickening how some mediums use the dead people at the emotional and, at times, the financial expense of their loved ones.

I don't believe the illusionist was a scam artist. He was just doing some cool tricks that are most of the time marketed as tricks. Not actually magic but they get you to think. They get you to marvel at the creativity and the skill.

I had a great time hypnotizing Sean, Sam and Jonny. So fun! I only wish they showed what actually happened 😅 The three of them went into this fully skeptical and planned to defraud the hypnotist by pretending to be hypnotized and then later say, “Aha! We were faking it! It’s all a scam!” I knew this going into it. But I decided to play along anyway, because I knew I could convert them, and I did. After Sam and Jonny saw Sean’s genuine reaction at the first suggestion .. knowing he wasn’t faking it.. they were a bit surprised. What they don’t show you is me hypnotizing Jonny and Sam. Sam had the best response to hypnosis. I made him forget the name of his ex, but they didn’t show that part. What they don’t realize is that I was using what’s called a double bind. Saying the more creative you are, the better at being a hypnosis subject you’ll be. (It wasn’t meant as an insult and it’s not even a true statement lol). But saying that actually made Sam respond better as a subject because my double bind worked and he unconsciously wanted to prove he was the most creative, thus becoming a better subject. I totally understand they needed to edit the video to make it look like it didn’t work to fit the narrative and premise of the content. I personally think it would have been better if they showed what really happened and said..” yah we went into this hoping to catch him out, but this is actually legit and we are blown away”. I’m 100% for exposing scams and frauds, and I hope they do more videos like this. But I would hope they would be honest in the future by not editing videos to engineer a false outcome to fit the narrative. 😂 All three of these guys were fun to work with and very creative and even though this comment sounds like I’m bitter and complaining, I’m genuinely not and I actually think the video is hilarious. It was a funny ending to make it look like I scammed them for their money and insult them. 😅 Btw.. that psychic was terrible!! Should un-blur her face so she doesn’t take advantage of more people.

The hypnotist was so depressing to watch. No, it's not your fault that he couldn't hypnotize you. It's his fault. I'm not saying that some people can't be hypnotized, but you showed all the signs of being able to, and I literally know exactly where he went wrong. Being hypnotized is a great experience, so if you ever want to have it, maybe try someone else, or I would do it for free. Or at least talk to you guys about exactly how he messed up.
