Orthodox theology is very precise in its terminology: they aren't to be altered or given new meanings. With this in mind, what is the relationship between Hellenism and logos? Is this a pagan idea? How does this relate to logic? What about apologetics? For a longer analysis, here is my essay:

Jay, I'm a fan of your comedy and pop culture analysis, but nothing beats your theological talks.

Glad you did this, Peterson stated Logos was a purely secular tool used as a means of describing pivotal events and defining pivotal persons in history, often using logos in his maps of meaning breakdown in that fashion. On a side note, could you compare Orthodox vs. “serpent seed” doctrine? I know serpent seed well, and once believed it to be true, however I understand how it can/has been used to blame whole groups of people, scapegoating others, yet in some ways it has made some sense. Not in a Steve Quail way, but a more historic way. Edit: Another Segway, A comparison vs. Steve Quail’s views may be in order as well, I’m ok with the Giants, but Satanic super soldiers with Batman like gear, UFO’s, and so much drivel from 1950’s space genre fiction ground in like hamburger. The idea that Ezekiel encountered a UFO is like a slap in the face.

Check out OSL ONLINE. level 3. Logos vs. Rhema. Both Greek words. But the one's who were actually there speaking or rhema were true decedent's of the Abraham Covanent - they spoke Hebrew. That is the original language and culture of the Bible - not the Septuagint.
