Santa fe is nice car, ideal for every day driving.

it's not real off road course, but if it has same or better awd system as my 2011, it's very capable off road...not very rough levels, but pretty much anything any back road and common trails can bring you to. it has locking rear diff... and i've been thru what my jeep off road group calls a 2.5/5 trail.. sure, I scrapped bottom few times and stuff, but never got stuck and climbed some pretty large and steep hills... thru mud and 15" water etc...

I love my santafe 2015, but its AWD capabilities was easily damaged in 1 year. So no sand dunes driving after that
