In this video I break down when and how you should be using Ana's sleep dart against Genji players. Genji can be one of the toughest characters to sleep in Overwatch. But by following these 3 rules you will sleep more Genji's and win more duels in Overwatch 2.

This man is singlehandedly carrying ana content on yt
  • One thing I learned the hard way is don’t sleep anyone all willy nilly especially if you’re with your team. Too many times I was caught by myself and I couldn’t survive cause I didn’t have my sleep so now I only ever use it when I’m alone or when I’m sleeping an ult

As a genji one trick rule 3 is a hit or miss I simply won’t be looking at the animation to notice 😂

Me, a Genji player watching this to find ways to counter it: interesting... Edit: Unfortunately I already knew all of this. But I have a few corrections as well as something I'd like to add. firstly, the dash melee combo is NOWHERE NEAR a one shot unless the Genji manages to land a triple headshot, which is extremely difficult considering how strange Ana's hitbox is. That is just blatant misinformation. Something I'd like to add is Genji's hitbox is very bad during dash. His hitbox doesn't travel with him while he is dashing, it actually stretches out like a rubber band, then reconnects to him at the end of his dash. What this means is if a Genji dashes straight at you, even if he is behind you, in many situations you can sleep dart in the direction the Genji dashed from, you will hit him. I cant tell you how many times I straight up dashed through an Ana and got slept even though I was behind her. Despite popular belief, Genji is extremely easy to shoot during his dash.

another pro tip is they all think they can dash at you and reflect but nade is an aoe so if you nade down far enough (ideally directly at the ground) they cant deflect it at all, purple themselves for free and heal you
