At first rang tried to be indifferent to her, then tried to deny his feelings, then as a last resort, he tried to push her away, beacuse somewhere he knew, yeo-hee has already owned his heart. That scene where rang showed his most flawed and vulnerable side to yeo-hee, bore his heart open to Yeo-hee...... was so heart wrenchingly beautiful. And when yeo-hee took rang in her arms, it was like she broke the wall that rang tried so hard to pull off. Lee rang finally melted and surrenderd in her embrace❤❤❤❤

She wormed her way into his heart, literally and in the sweetest way possible!

That mermaid is far better than both ji ah and ah eum both of them created problem and seperate the brothers (directly or indirectly), yeon supported her all the ways but I can't say anything in return but this mermaid is a perfect lady, she support rang in every possible way and she won the rang and make this family stronger.

They are now one of my favourite kdrama couples.their chemistry and everything is just chef's kiss

Their on screen characters were oozing chemistry, while Bum and Hyunjin off screen was oozing awkwardness 🤣🤣

I've shipped them from their first scene. I knew they weren't going to tease us with possibly one of the best storylines of season 2 and drop it. She's honestly perfect for him. Even when she had a crush on him she wasn't forceful and knew her boundaries which is perfect because Lee Rang needs to warm up to people first because he has trust issues. I wasn't sure if what seemed like her one-sided love would be reciprocated by Lee Rang at first but next thing you know Lee Rang turns away from her kiss then throws her in a lip lock seconds later. I'm so glad they got there happy ending because they deserved it.

Loved Lee Rang in season one!!! I’m so glad he had a love storyline and a great relationship with his brother. This season was so much fun with comedy and then a great love line. Anyone thinking there will be a season three? The original god just let Lee Yeon return to current day without stopping him.

i feel like rang is still indebted to her because he kind of did the wishes not as payment but because he wants to. he also did things that are not part of the wish like walking her home without her knowing it... pretending that he doesn't want her to kiss him but then pulling her for a kiss. i just love them sm it hurts huhu

For those wondering ; None of the events of 1938 can change Lee Yeon's future. Everything that happened in season 1 is unchanged. But since drastic and more than impactful changes have been made in 1938, this necessarily gives rise to an alternative timeline. If we can't change anything in the future, then this is the only possibility offered by the 1938 scenario. Because it's just impossible that the Lee Rang of this era ends up experiencing the events of season 1, he is so different. He even reconciled with his brother. So logically, it is an alternative happy timeline that was made with the new changes. Season 3 will take place even further in the past. Under Joseon air.

In the first two ep, i wanted someone else to pair and match Beom’s acting. She was new and way younger. But Surprisingly, Woo Hyun Jin delivered and as their story unfold I began to like her more. Her character brought out the best in Lee Rang. She was very patient with him (as he was in real life) Because of Yeohee, he became a full Gumiho. Hope to see them in S3. Thanks for putting this together to remind us how pure their love story is.
