I do this exercise already, and it works, I am 61. At 53 I was using glasses. Now I dont. I do not see perfectly, but i can read and do whatever without glasses. but they way he described the exercise is slightly wrong. We all have a dominant eye. If we keep both eyes open, the dominant eye will work for the weak one. So the best way is to do the exercise with one eye completely covered so the weak eye will get stronger
  • Thank you for your videos. I live in U.S.A. and they don't practice healing practices I grew up with. Instead a business of making ill health and addiction of pharmacy. So I appreciate what you teach on your videos.

Interesting! I’ve experienced myself the axial elongation change and shared in my channel. It is real! Optometrists who say it cannot happen are purely ignorant.

1:07 there is no link in the description, unless you meant channel link, found a playlist, so will explore this one. 7:14 I believe the eye focus is a bit different when looking through the window and different when looking directly. Similar effect with and without glasses. Anyway, today morning I increased font size in my phone as I couldn't read. After a coffee and breakfast and doing first of these exercises I decreased it back. And who could think that wearing glasses is destroying my view. I am 48 btw .Thank you!

Decades ago I had 2 pairs of glasses. One was basically only to correct astigmatism, and thus was for reading and any other up close viewing. The second pair were for long distance viewing, thus for driving, etc. Via my stubbornness, over the years I just ended up repairing and eventually replacing the old frames by myself. At one point I decided to use the astigmatism correcting glasses only. This exercised my eyes, and eventually they became my only glasses that I needed. I recently obtained new frames, but the astigmatism correcting lenses are now well over 24 years old. 67 years old, and my vision is better than it was 35 years ago.

Onread the comments n see everyone is so happy with his content ..i struggle to understand what he says and loose interest ..i can see he is providing great knowledge but so difficult to understand.. never heard of this until now makes alot of sense doc👍
  • Closed captioning helps to understand you TREMENDOUSLY - and your explanation of eye adaptation and loss of flexibility makes sense. However, the lens loses flexibility, and that's worse after most cataract surgery unless someone got a flexible lens. So starting this sooner rather than later could keep lens flexibility, and might help against cataract development, if no other issues exist, and could reduce them when yhey do.
  • I'm 75 and can still see the stars 🌟. My sister needs this information Looking through the glass is not the same.
