A video in which I am way too nervous about being in the jungle. Parts 2 and 3 are coming soon, and don't worry, I do actually calm down and adjust to my surroundings next week!

I spent nearly all of January in Costa Rica completing a Yoga Teacher Training (more on that later). What was supposed to be just one video about my trip has turned into a three or four part video series about the places, people, food and things I did in Costa Rica. This video is my first week vlog in the rainforest of Costa Rica (more specifically, in and around Uvita and Puntarenas province in the south of the country).
