I’m old enough to remember pressure interviews in the USA. I’m not sure if they still exist. They were stupid and I never saw the point. I figured all these managers or HR employees went to some business seminar that taught how to do it. I remember one where the interviewer asked what I would do if I won the lottery. It hadn’t been going well for most of the interview so I said I wouldn’t be interviewing with crappy companies.
