People here are critiquing Colbert because of the ways he's criticizing Trump, but what all people need to realize is that it is Colbert's job to do so. He is not a traditional journalist, that is not his job. He has no obligation to be bipartisan/neutral about any current events. His show is a news satire show; he's supposed to deliver news in a mocking manner. By delivering current events in a mocking manner, he is delivering his critique which, even if some of the audience disagrees with it, is rooted in something true.
