This is from the pictures I posted a while back of that really tall boathouse door. This was after I rebuilt the limit assembly, replaced the drive chain, and added that chain tensioner - that piece sliding on the chain. The door has no springs or counterweights. The operator does ALL the lifting. And yes, I did say I was 35 feet in the air. I’m also not used to seeing old Came (“KAH-may”) equipment here, as they’re a European (Italian, I think) company. And DoorLec is Canadian, just like DoorNinja.
