First of all, I just want to apologize for being gone for like 4 months. Schools been a pain in the ass and I've had no time for anything. I have to start worrying about college soon and it's not fun... :( Anyways, I broke my wrist while pole vaulting and it was no bueno. I was having a good season and then it was snatched from me... I can't do anything any more. I've been a bit sad since I've broken my wrist but I'll be back eventually

    I did high jump in high school and landed on the bar and it hurt and also landed on the bar between my legs and once the bar hit my feet and hit my head and had a huge laceration on my head
