He reminds me of Brand Jennings. Similar size, similar athleticism, shiftiness, etc...Rob at his respective age is better at breaking down the defense and slashing and finishing, but Jennings was better at breaking down the defense and finding cutters or spotters but in today's game that's who Rob reminds me of most. He's going to feast in the NBA because off the pick hey won't be able to contain him, he can creative his own shot and is a blur in the open court.
