Heung Min Son is one of the best attacker we’ve ever seen grace the premier league. He has consistently put up stellar numbers despite the fact that he’s been spending most of his prime years on Tottenham of all teams in arguably the most challenging league in the world. Apart from the Manchester City game where he denied Arsenal the title, his finishing is absolutely lethal. The guy can shoot with both feet does it from outside the box and he has excellent positioning as well. He’s also very versatile as he’s not just a LW, he is also elite as a CF and had one of the best seasons of his career despite not always playing in his natural position. In the 2021-22 season, he won the Golden Boot for scoring the joint most goals out of any player in the Premier League but didn’t even make Team of the Year. This season he has stepped up after Harry Kane’s departure and became Tottenham’s main man, having 17 goals and 10 assists 27 G/A in the premier league and for someone who was deemed as “finished” it’s an impressive return from him. Even though many premier league fans know how good he is, nobody gives him the appreciation that he deserves. In any other team if he was playing at this sort of level, he’d be getting Ballon Dor shouts easily because he’s one of the best wingers/attackers in the world. Nobody in the Premier League is giving him enough love and there’s a simple reason for why he is kinda underrated in world football. It’s not just the fact that he spent most of his time at Tottenham in Harry Kane’s shadow as their duo was absolutely lethal, I think that his lack of team trophies often goes against him. Even though he’s had many productive seasons in the Premier League, it’s easily forgotten about due to the fact that he hasn’t won any trophies. Tottenham hasn’t won anything in years and that makes people blinded by what he can do playing on a team that wins nothing every season. When he’s compared to other players, it’s easy to firstly look at his team achievements when the reality is that he’s an elite winger. I wish we live in a football world where individual players aren’t judged solely by the amount of team accolades they’ve won and I think the only way he gets more appreciation is if he starts winning trophies on Tottenham or at a different club even though I don’t see him leaving Tottenham anytime soon, he’s too good for that football club.

Mid, Long-range shots shot with both feet, fast speed, best finish in the world, brilliant showmanship, high quality two-footed cross = Sonaldo I think the overall ability was underestimated, but the free-kick ability was even more underestimated.. Look for a winger who has consistently scored and assisted a lot in the Premier League for the last 10 years. I can only think of Son and Salah. Kane left and now he is struggling to fight alone. I respect his loyalty to Spurs, but if he had gone to a big club when he was younger. His top scorer in the Premier League with Tottenham's squad in 2022 was incredible. Besides, he never tried pk.

Son Heung-min scores one free kick goal out of three chances for the national team. However, there is not even a single free kick goal in Tottenham. Because he didn't have a chance to kick only 3times for 10years. And other players have scored only 2 goals in 100 chances over 10 years. This explains why Tottenham has not won a trophy for 10 years.
