As a friend of mine described it: "how do you have such an easy layup and fail so hard."

All they had to do was just re-release the game to modern systems with a working online mode. Most of us wouldn't even care if the graphics were untouched. And yet they managed to botch even those simple tasks.

Apparently that same mod author has since gone back to examine the files used in different versions of the classic collection, and he has found that his assets were being used in other places as well, such as with Kit Fisto’s unique force bubble attack, which he recreated from scratch.

All they had to do is to just give it graphical updates and relaunch the servers. That's it. I can't even fathom why the game needs to be 70 Gigabytes.

Also aspyr parent company is saber. Which explains a lot saber has a horrendous history of QA and priority management based of their previous games

$35 isn’t reasonable for a rereleased game with less features then the previous versions with minor visual improvements.
