The second barrel clip is a considerably larger timesave, saving 7-8 seconds. it could save even more if you could ledge grab without KOing the rocker (I'm not sure if this is possible). This clip is consistent in theory but the issue is that you have to set it up/do it pretty fast. If you take too long, the rockers will mess you up.
Another downside is that if you do both clips, you don’t get any checkpoints in the second section until the very end so you do have to be even more careful.
