    I could see Ace surviving, Shankโ€™s would probably not be that far behind Kaido, so he might be able to block the lava fist with his sword like what he did for Koby. Luffy might not be willing to take the 2 years to train, but him not being able to save his friends, might make him opened to it, maybe Ace will join him, for revenge for White beard.

    Honestly if Kaido brought Jack, Queen and King it would be a bad time for everyone. Jack and queen could release some virus or something throughout the battlefield and incapacitate everyone. King would be hard to bring down until someone smart picks up on when heโ€™s vulnerable, and Kaido is self explanatory

    I doubt that gear 5 luffy would make too much of a difference since at this time he would not have a understanding of haki and even if he does luffy would not fully know his powers of gear 5 and understanding that him beating kaido was lucky due to his awakening and all the other stuff that happened I would say he would lose to akinu who would be able to see luffy in his fights with kuzan and kizaru and understand luffys powers and be able to stop him

    I don't think Whitebeard at Marineford would damage Kaido that much considering Advanced Armament Haki is required to even scratch Kaido and Advanced Conqueror Haki to deal significant damage, but Whitebeard couldn't use the Basic Conqueror Haki because of his sickness.

    If gear 5 luffy really was at marineford Then there are some things that can happen such as Kaido coming at marienford without any thoughts like we saw in the manga kaido was searching for a person named joyboy and if kaido get news that an unknown guy who is laughing and is probably stronger than white beard, would just ignore shanks and go there to face off against the so called joyboy and whitebeard

    I think everyone over thinks shanks stopping kaido, kaido was waiting for the return of joyboy, shanks knew who joy boy was because he stole the hito hito no mi intentionally, he probably told kaido that the reincarnation of joyboy was the one leading the rebellion and if kaido showed up he wouldnโ€™t progress the way he should, and kaido decided to take his word and back of awaiting the return of joyboy.

    I think if luffy went gear 5 at mraineford I actually donโ€™t think it wouldโ€™ve been enough to compete with the admirals or any of the top tiers there because he wouldโ€™ve been much weaker then his current counterpart due to still not knowing haki at all,and not receiving any training and on top of that he wouldnโ€™t have understood how gear 5 worked really either
