Thanks Matt for sharing your conversion story. I'm a Protestant non denominational Pastor since 1978. I still love hearing how people surrendered to Jesus. I watch Pints with Aquinas frequently. I also listen to Brian Holdsworth. I grew up hearing on bad things about Roman Catholicism. And it's only been in the last 5 years that I started listening to Catholic conversion stories, and Catholic theology. Thank you for your show, and your guests! God bless you.b
  • I found Jesus at the lowest point of my life, staring at a bottle of someone’s prescription pills contemplating how many I would need to swallow to take me out. That’s when Jesus reached out his hands through his sacred merciful heart and I began my conversion to the Catholic faith. It’s only been 9 months and I’m on fire for the Lord being consumed by the completeness of the truth, the way and the life.
  • Pints With Aquinas was critical to my reversion. I love hearing more about Matt's story.
  • Praise God for Matt’s mom! Enabling him to go on that trip was clearly a transformational moment in his faith journey, what a beautiful thing to do for your child
  • I went through a similar conversion as well when I was in high school. I attended a public high school and there was no place for religion. And I had some friends who had different religions or none at all. And I was a lost soul like Saint Augustine. But by the time I graduated from high school, I've decided to come back to the Catholic Church and renew my Catholic faith. And with the help of 2 friends of mine, they helped me come back and they helped me to renew my Catholic faith.
  • Gabi: everything you touch and make is perfected by the unblemished hands of Our Lady. Praise the Lord. Beautiful and inspiring video. God bless you all eternally. ❤
  • I forgot until watching this how much the Lord loves me...despite striving to be faithful to our good lord Jesus in many respects I realize I've fallen out of love with him. I'm off to change this now!
  • This video came right as I was praying to Alphonsus on his feast day

when he felt God's love, it radiates to others and he became so elated to encourage others to join and let God love them too. wow.
  • I love seeing the different ways God touches our hearts, he’s so amazing
  • @MissSways.
What a blessing! Thank you Matt and Gabi for all you do ❤ God is good. Being in God’s presence and immersing your heart in God’s love brings so much peace and joy 🙏❤️🙏

God has used his enthusiasm! It’s very contagious:)
  • I love how he let Jesus take the wheel to tell his testimony. I enjoy watching you both and have learned so much from you both. I pray God continues to give you wonderful men health and willingness to do his work in the vineyard 🙏
  • I never get tired of listening to Matt’s conversion story. I learn something new every time. This is a beautiful retelling!
  • Matt Frad is the first reason why me and my husband as two protestants are exploring the claims of Rome. We listened to one of his podcasts and were shocked to see a staunched catholic can love Jesus Christ sp beautifully. We were brought up to believe that only unfaithful catholics can be christians, that the catholic dogmas make people pagans.

I remember coming back to God after years away a Carmelite brother mentioned Pints with Aquinas to me and I've listened a lot since then. Thanks be to God! 😊
