Got injured and I wasn't been able to do any of my workouts except for my core. I was already pretty sure I would not gain any more 'core muscle' / 'get more lean', but i still gave it a shot anyways for fun.
After 30 days and 15000 crunches, my results are out!
verdict: it is NOT WORTH IT and spot reduction is FALSE

that would just burn fat, but since you have none, the thing that would be most effective is weighted it ups and weight leg lifts.
