I'm so emotional. This 4K restoration is MAGIC. It was shot in 1996 and looks like it was shot yesterday. The power of film. Thank you.

    Happy 50th Birthday Alanis Nadine Morissette!(Born June 1, 1974)😃🥳🎂🎉🎊🎈🎁🍾🥂🎀🌷🌹💐👍👏🙌
  • The joy of not knowing what the world is about... As a child... Playing with toy cars and the radio playing this in the background... Listening to it with closed eyes you can almost forget about the hell we live in... Til you open your eyes again..

20 years. How? So much has changed, and I can't tell if my memories are real. I miss this. I want to go back and hug everyone I knew and loved in 1995.

Listen, when we say the 90’s was special , it’s because it was! The music represents the times. WEEKENDS - The weekends were something special . Friday night OMG, imagine you don’t have social media taking up your attention . Our brains have changed. We peaked SOCIALLY as a society in the 90s. ****UPDATE : I was stoned and emotional when I wrote this. This I abandoned explaining why the 90’s were special…. I’m high right now….Im high right now

This song is iconic for a whole generation ❤ I’m 41 now and this song is still important to me

Alanis... I retroactively respect her more. What a talent!
  • I'm a black man 51 years old I don't discriminate no music or race I just know good music when I hear it

People just don't know how connected to this song is to our lives. Perfect chaos.

I’ll admit, as a teenage boy in 96’, Alanis wasn’t really my thing. But it’s 2024, I’m going to be 43 this year. This song couldn’t be more true in my life. A classic that “had a funny way” to creep up on me.

The older I get, the more I appreciate her older music. Always listened to it but never truly appreciated it until now.

66yo WM from Seattle, always have loved this song, and was a big Alanis fan in the 1990´s. There was so much good music during that decade. Good to hear this song again!

This song is simply brilliant. The simple melody that slips into that amazing hook is iconic ❤😂 When you think of female musicians who have genuinely impacted a generation of women, Alanis Morrisette is at the top of the list. 😂❤
  • She's one of those chicks that you will never, ever be able to forget. She DOMINATED the radio, for a good minute. And was so unique, and fun, and....sometimes beautifully heavy.
