I Spend 100 Days in Hardcore Minecraft's Latest version 1.20 on a Survival island. This island was deserted 100 Days ago. And since then I have made a home. A Farm. And a Beacon among other things. So join me in another 100 Days!

I Survived 100 Days in Hardcore Minecraft and here is what happened. Not Modded Minecraft. No Mods. Not Speedrunner Vs Hunter, More like Survivalist Vs Hunter but to the extreme. Skyblock, One Block, UHC/Ultrahardcore none of these. Just Hardcore Minecraft.

  • It's rare for turtle eggs to crack during the day, but they crack every night at around 3:30 am. If you don't sleep, they hatch in 4-5 days. If you sleep every night, they take about 80-100 days.
  • You can make the beacon green by putting both blue glass and yellow glass above it. Beacon beams blend the colors of all the glass they pass through.

I love the recap at the start addressing the comments people are making. It reminds people the youtuber actually sees and feels from the comments.
  • 1:48 this is legitimately the example of people who noticed your smallest mistakes and ignore your biggest efforts
  • If you use a fortune tool, whether that be a pick or a shovel, the fortune enchantment applies to crops, so if you used it while farming carrots you would dramatically increase your output.
  • for your semi auto farm, if u make each level of crops 7 blocks long, you only need the top dispensers as water goes 8 blocks and restarts at the end of a block. could have saved u so many crops. Search up how to make a fully auto one, you only need villagers(3 -4), some hoppers, a chest and some building blocks. Iron farm but a bit harder to make

For the semi-automatic farm, a more easier solution would be to use trapdoors. After you see this you might regret going for all the string, because just by powering trapdoors, they can open and close. And when they are water logged, when they are closed, the water spreads like a dispenser would. And since you can activate them with redstone, it is the cheapest, and same efficiency way of making a semi-automatic farm. Also, you do not need to place dispensers / trapdoors after 7 blocks, you can just make the water go 7 blocks, then drop down into another 7 blocks, then another 7, and then at the end, make the length 8 blocks, so the water stops at the last block. So in total, you would only need 8 trapdoors, it depends on the width of the farm. Using dispensers does work, but I prefer trapdoors because they are a lot cheaper and most likely better.

Reminder that Shepards don’t sell string, though they do sell beds 😂
  • You could save up on wood by using barrels, chests only use 8 wood while barrels use 7 wood. It is a bit more of a chore to create barrels but if you want to save wood you can do that.
  • so since i saw a ton of people giving constructive feedback, i thought i might give it a shot: you could of placed moss on top of dirt, to make it spread so each bonemeal would have a better chance of giving you the bush trapdoors respond to redstone, so you dont need dispensers for the semi automatic farm, just have redstone activate waterlogged trapdoors and they will release water, and you can get redstone by trading with a villager that uses a brewing stand. and i see you are not redstone or... mechanics technical but you could of used one row of dispensers for... the entire platform... easily, but making water flow over the edge and reset the flow distance. also placing a bottom slab and waterlogging it will make all of the plants in 4x4 radius be watered, so you need like 1 per platform, maybe 2, and its worth losing 2 crop slots for better growth rate you can also reduce the costs for the trades by killing mobs near villagers, just trap an IG nearby so they dont spawn another one, there is a radius in which they can have only 1, like 32x32 but im not sure, and if you dont trade with villagers, and dont like the trades they give, just remove the work block and replace it, it resets the trades. and yes fortune affects melon yields, it also makes you get more ores when mining with pickaxe, and i think it also works on carrots but idk they are eazy to farm anyway. also green dye can be gotten by smelting kelp that... well do i have to point out where it is, you cant miss it even if you tried
  • @obicodymaul
Loved the storage hut Haven. Thanks so much for doing this, I was looking forward to this so much.
  • @xmrmcshrimpx
Havenhand, the fortune on the axe gives you more melons than the unenchanted axe, but silk touch gives you more profits, like silk-touching nether gold ore and smelting it gives more gold than fortuning it for nuggets.
  • @polarbear77
id love to see 300 days. maybe when you do it, not if but when, make an automatic bamboo farm so you dont have to run around collecting
  • It's an OLD modpack, but I'd love to see you survive 100 days in Blightfall. It has a lives system and a LOT of changes to vanilla. However it is insanely difficult and requires knowledge on a fair few mods (Like Thaumcraft and a smelter mod thing... I always forget it's name.)
  • 5:00 “could you imagine playing 100 days and dying on day 104?” As a Phineas and Ferb fan, if I were to do a 100 days challenge (in normal survival, cuz I suck too much to do it in hardcore lol), I would intentionally end the series on day 104, so I can refrence the theme song
  • @Cinemamuffin
Honestly I feel like it'd be valid to just... adopt grass island onto the main island. Like, I feel like if you end up building a whole bridge to a nearby island, that gets to just be part of your available land lol.
  • 28:38 fortune affects melons, it also increases the max amount of melons which can drop.
  • @starkad_91
Very well done. I’d love to see more of it. Thank you for your effort.
  • I would've used shears on the cobwebs to get the cobwebs themselves and then craft them back into 9 string each I have enjoyed this video ♥️
