He couldn't delay his vacation for 21 minutes .....TWENTY ONE MINUTES, so he could answer important governmental questions on running the FBI. He could have delayed his plane for hours and they would have waited for him. I am of the opinion that he INTENTIONALLY booked it to coincide with the hearing so he could use it as an excuse to leave early and avoid what he knew were difficult questions.....these people have nothing but contempt regarding their responsibility to Americans!
