Battle of York 200th Anniversary Parade HMCS York

On April 27th 2013, Toronto had the largest military parade in the city since WW2 to commemmorate the 200th Anniversary of the Battle of York, when American forces captured the town from the British Regulars and Canadian Militia.

This footage covers the maritime component of the parade, represented primarily by the local Naval Reserve unit, HMCS York

    Let me be the first to comment... Brilliant Parade! The Navy was in fine form that day. The 49 member band out front was extremely solid that day. Too bad the colour guard out-paced us all with their giant steps.
