    I lost 11 pounds in a month doing this 3 mile walk everyday. Out of all her videos, this one is my favourite. Something about her cheerful attitude just keeps me going! ♥️ (For information, I did not do all the 45 minutes at once. For that, my stamina was too low. Instead, I did 15 minutes one day, and the other 30 minutes every second day.)

    Leslie is like the first Fitness Coach I do not find annoying or rude. She is so nice and real and has the talent to encourage and motivate you by not pushing you. She lets you be you and if you are out of breath- it's okay. Just keep moving. So she is also the first in her genre that makes me wanna walk these miles without thinking only once that I can't make it. I love this shit. I have actually fun doing this.

    These workouts have been great. Started out at 208lbs on Feb 1,2022 and now down to 189lbs. When I first started I could not even walk 10 minutes without being out of breath. Now I do the 3 mile workout which is 45 minutes and it feels good! Still got more to go and I’m willing to do the work when I’m seeing such great results! I also cleaned up my eating but definitely have my cheat days because if I don’t do that I will crave junk even more.
  • I’ve lost 30 pounds after having my baby thanks to these videos. I like how positive she is, and the repetition of exercising with her. I hit a wall of being bored at one point and it felt like a chore. I pumped up my exercise with her by muting the tv w/subtitles (for reference when she’s switching moves) and put my AirPods in while using Spotify. Working out to Cardi B while having Leslie Sansone to push you is great.

    Best 5K video on YouTube! What I love most about it is that she breaks the clock up by mile, so it gives the illusion that the workout is shorter than it actually is. It's so discouraging when someone has a countdown clock on their video and it shows you still have 37 minutes remaining. lol

  • I love these workouts with Leslie. I am 80 yrs old and have been doing them since prior to my first hip replacement in 2003. They keep me moving and I feel so good afterwards. And there are not many days that I have missed!
