  • My man really said “Ladies welcome, so sorry about the old bag” 😂😂😂💀💀💀

“I still have a tattoo” Yeah...that’s how those things work.

"It's like highschool cause everyone gets along." Someone was clearly the popular kid.

The customer who came out to yell at the old lady is the embodiment of “she’s a bit confused, but she’s got the right spirit”

For anyone who doesn't know what ended up happening based on some of the comments here...Campania continued operating for over two years after this episode was filmed. Joe sold the restaurant in 2010 and then one week later he committed suicide by jumping off of the GW Bridge. I have no idea what his reasons for jumping were, but after he died it was revealed that he was having an affair with Jessica (the pastry chef/waitress in this episode...the one who, ironically, said "I'm the biggest flirt here"). As a side note...in an incredibly ominous moment of foreshadowing, at 23:27 Gordon says to Joe "your business is about to swim down the Hudson". Less than three years later, Joe would commit suicide by jumping off of the GW Bridge...into the Hudson River.

"Don't take it personally, just take it seriously" words to live by

There is no way that dude actually ordered a pizza while waiting for his food without the production team telling him to

After watching this I really feel for Joe's wife and everything she had to go through dealing with his passing. She seemed like such a caring and smart woman. I wish her and her sons all the best.

I love that Gordon doesn’t have the “customer is always right” mentality. I work at a place filled with ladies just like the “old bag”. Thank you, chef!
  • "A less then sober but satisfied customer comes to the defense." God I love the writers for this show lol
  • @boredGrinch
omg. his wife put her house into this and he literally cheated on her+ did drugs and then committed suicide? give that woman a big fat break
  • "I still have a tongue ring, I still have a tattoo." Yeah man, that's how tattoos work.
  • @Nick-jj2lt
The owner is low-key sleeping with one or two of the waiter girls. You can just tell. Update: Yup, I knew it
  • “If it was that bad, why did you keep eating?” Me: Working in food service ACCURATE
  • @TyrFirefox
Love Gordon's response to the Karen lady and calling her an old bag was perfect. Worked customer service for years and can't tell you how many times I've wanted to respond in such a way.

This goes to show the level of INTELLIGENCE Gordan possess, rather than yell at the owners and servers, he understands that they are young and impatient and he is there more as a teacher rather than a general surgeon like he is to other older owners, RESPECT RAMSEY ✊
  • Love how the lady complained about the food while pounding that shit down and her husband plate was empty cause he ate it all
  • @mahirahman3391
The fact that a customer actually came out and yelled at the old lady. the food must have been really good that she would stand up for it
  • @Sinmerina
This is by far one of the most chill episodes every. Ramsay didn't yell at all!! And the Bingo game was the best idea to motivate the servers!
  • @FatMax420
Sad to hear what happened to Joe and his restaurant. The whole crew seemed really open to change and was really rooting for their success. Drugs, mental health issues, and romantic entanglements are always a recipe for disaster.
