So this is a bit of a different video that I'm showing off today, but it's a rather nostalgic one, for me at least. I found this DVD when I was cleaning things out of my room and I instantly remembered what was on it. I had always gone to Bloys Campmeeting out in Fort Davis, TX, basically every year when I was a kid and in 2006 (which is scarily over 16 years ago now, jeez) I wanted to finally try out for the talent show they always hosted at the end of the week. I didn't have any talents at the time (don't know if I still do lol), but I remembered that I had my Return of the Jedi soundtrack (yes, at 8 years old I owned the soundtrack haha) and my brother had a toy Obi-Wan Kenobi Episode II lightsaber as well. So I figured I'd try out, and much to my surprise, I made it to the real thing. When I got older, I realized there was one of the first viral videos of the Star Wars guy from like 2005, so maybe they thought I was similar to that. Either way, this was a lot of fun and I hope you all can have this as a good laugh, cause I surely do when I look at it and it's definitely a trip down memory lane for me, for better or worse.

Watching this again makes me miss being a kid. I’d give anything to go back because everything was better back then. People often tell me it’s better that you’re an adult and I have to disagree with them almost 1000%.
