How to Mod Plate Stabilizer? & What is Tape Mod? | Melgeek Mojo68 Disassemble & Mods

Some of my subscribers asked me how to disassemble mojo68
and how to mod the stabilizer :)
In the 'Modding Plate Stabilizer' section, I tend to put O-rings on the iron core.
When inserting the O-ring, make sure there is enough space between the plate and the PCB,
and if there is interference, remove the O-ring.
(In the video, only the space bar was fitted with an O-ring)
Tape mode makes the sound a little more poppy.
Listen and if you like it, you should try it too!

I put banaids where the stem hits the PCB and that helped to make the space bar sound better. The Backspace, Enter and Shift all sounded great out of the box.

Thank you for very clear disassemble showing, cuz I cannot open the back of the KB for cleaning (the clear case makes me see all the dirt stuck inside) and I can't find the clip that clearly shows and voilà I found your clip.

Hey! I have three questions. 1) What stabilizers are installed from the factory? 2) Can the keyboard work in wired mode if the battery is removed? 3) What is the inner diameter of the stabilizer modding o rings?

hello, this video is very interesting when you modify the wire stabilizer with the oring. I want to give a little advice for you to be careful using tape mod, because my keyboard has an error after the tape mod. but maybe it just happened on my keyboard, I don't know maybe there are people outside who are like what I feel

How about sound test by removing the silicon dampener, with and without tape mod?

로우한거 좋아하시는분들은 괜찮겠어요. 그렇지만 가격이... 최근엔 알루 가성비 괜찮은 모델도 충분히 구해지는 가격이라 무언가 애매한 포지션일것 같네요.
