Studio Apartment Makeover With ZERO Closets and Storage

Alexandra has truly outddone herself on this makeover. The long, narrow, darkish flat looks larger, warmer, more personal and expressive than I could have imagined. Alexandra has a real gift. Graham is an amazing artisan and "problem solver". And the videograghy, editing, and overall feel of each production retains the spontaneous, creative and spirited tone that defines TEAM AG. Boy how i wish you were close. You get me…i love your design. I am a 73 year old grandma and my 77 year old grandpa husband who and we JUST GOT MARRIED. I got rid of everything and lived with my children.l he he lost everything because of his late wife’s sickness and had a furnished apartment. So when we got married we had to move because i have a dog…we have literally nothing and not much money. We moved into a senior apartment and have gotten a few things but we dont have the “STUFF” from our lives that make a house a home. We dont know where to start …we are too old to do it ourselves and too poor to hire a nice designer. So I watch your show.. i do love it. You make so many people happy. God bless you.

This, hands down, is my favorite studio makeover that you've done. You literally gave her a private bedroom, with closets. Her extra clothing can be stored in the 2 consoles In her lovely living room. The place is stunning, has tons of storage and every designed space has a dual purpose. This is the first time I’ve teared up at a reveal, you’ve really given her a HOME instead of just a place to sleep eat and work. The custom personalized attention to detail with the wall/shelf/window is everything

This reminds me so much of my 20s. I’m 55 now. When I dream, I still live in the little, cheap place I had all on my own back then with no responsibilities other than myself. Of course this is much better than the place I had but I did a bunch of diy and basic elbow grease, with the help of my family, and I just loved it. The very sweet lady who owned it allowed me to do whatever I wanted and paid for the materials.

Graham is the carpentry hero. This guy is heavy lifting all the makes.

I'm so impressed with Graham! He's careful, hard working and really knows his stuff. The work he did on that wall is fantastic. He outdid himself.

I love how humble Alexandra is. She's a good role model for me in that regard. This is her design and her channel but she listens to what others have to say and readily agrees to go their direction. That's good character and is so encouraging and accepting to other people. I have so much respect for that and strive to live up to that ideal.

My fav area is the separation of the sleeping area. The tenant was obviously stunned because it meets her needs incredibly. Bravo!

This is my favorite makeover that Alexandra has done. the transformation is dramatic and functional. It now looks like it’s easily a 550 square foot apartment, instead of the actual 400 square feet. The style is interesting, but still tasteful, and very pretty. Great work!

Stunning job. The temporary wall was a great idea and the dining table gives her another place to work for variety.

I have watched a lot of ,your videos. This one three times. It is my favorite. I am 79 and you have so many creative ideas. My apartment is a 1926 Arts an Crafts ,with lots of storage, but never enough. Thanks for your innovative ideas.
