Pull off 6 consecutive instances of rain blades with him. You don’t need to count seconds. Just look for visual clues. Here’s how to maintain 3 mirrors: 1. Cast Burst (Q) with zero mirrors. He’ll get a refund of 3 mirrors. 2. Do normal attacks and procc 2 instances of rain blades. do not do charged attacks at this point. 🔪🔪 3. When you see the 2nd instance of rain blades, cast his tap Skill (E) to maintain 3 mirrors. Do not do hold Skill. 4. Do normal attacks again (still, do not do charged attacks) and procc 2 more instances of rain blades. (total of 4 rain blades at this point) 🔪🔪🔪🔪 5. When you see the 4th instance of rain blades, now you can do a charged attack to further maintain 3 mirrors. 6. Do normal attacks to procc another 2 instances of rain blades. (That’s a total of 6 consecutive rain blades) 🔪🔪🔪🔪🔪🔪 7. As a colorblind person, yeah those mirrors are hard to see, even yanfei's stacks too. Mihoyoverse needs to start putting in stacks indicator in the game's HUD

Dang, Alhaitham is really just more than a "Dendro Keqing". His chisel light concept makes him fun to play and I love it

On regard of indicators, I believe Heizou's punch circle/star is very good in telling at which level of power a skill is, it's simple yet elegant and effective in any situation, so it makes me wonder why Alhaitham's mirrors couldn't have been just a little bit clearer. Wanderer's bell above his head blends quite a bit with his ring while in flight mode so it's a bit hard to see when it will ring. It does makes a sound, and yet Heizou's punch manages to be clearer on that regard as well. Raiden is an extreme example, her burst power is indicated at the back of all characters on field for a very long time, so it's hard to miss it. Well, sometimes I misjudge and do the Heizou punch at level 3 instead of 4 in the heat of battle, but I don't believe it happens nearly often enough to be a hindrance.

I hate how much mihoyo loves to release high burst cost units after the release of raiden, we need more 40 energy cost characters in the game.

They're really adding the meta playstyles here. To play Alhaitham, you have to be in the Alhaitham mindset. That is, smart.

He's insanely good and as a Tartaglia main, i prefer complexity of gameplay rather than simplicity

for managing mirrors, i've found it very effective to just watch his burst CD timer. his burst takes ~2s to cast and the mirrors generate after 2 seconds, so the first mirror will expire at 10 seconds on the timer and the next one at 6. i've been using this since around when i got him and it works great!

Great video! I was looking forward for Alhaitham since I first heard about him, and since everything alined well and I have atm a Raiden(C0), a Nahida(C0) and a Xingqiu (C6), I'm looking forward to use him in an Hyperbloom team.
