Bull riding flank strap fail/truth

So I actually recorded this all the way back in May and had not found the time to upload, but basically this bull went through the out gate too quickly for the men working the stripping chute to catch him, therefore they decided to leave the lasso and flank strap on the bull and deal with it after the event so as to not delay or hold up the event.

But I really feel like this is something worthy of educating people on as far as the truth regarding rodeos and the animals involved in these rodeos, especially regarding the debate of whether or not us rodeo people mistreat the animals, WHICH WE DON'T!!! All you rodeo haters that constantly say the animals are forced to do this, how do you explain this?
