Here's probably one of my most important videos ever, after MANY years of search we finally
found it, the dream! KINGDOM HEARTS II Debug Mode! 🖤
As you probably noticed I've been uploading footage of the KH 2.5 HD ReMIX demos from E3 2014, well... turns out that the KH II Final Mix Demo has debug mode, so I basically took the demo executable and used it with the full game data! This discovery is something really important, not only for preservation but because it will be helping the modding community to understand the game better and keep improving our documentation.
We've been years without anything as big as this so I always say it, if you know anyone or you could help us getting more similar material don't hesitate to contact me!

Holy shit... And judging by the menus, this isn't just KH2FM from the PS2 through emulation, this is literally 2.5 And we thought modding was already getting crazy before I can only imagine what you could do with this

interesting how you can control party members you cant normally use. i think this is possible because they programmed every object that takes action as a "playable" character and created an AI sends actions as if they were using a controller like the players. object oriented programming is pretty interesting
