Vietnam could be more enjoyable if the people didn’t throw garbage everywhere and the food vendors practiced food safety and hygiene. As a Vietnamese, it’s a shame to admit that this slum mindset will continue for generations to come because it’s passed down from one generation to the next. Văn hoá lạc hậu hẹp hòi thô lỗ sanh ra đầu óc tư tưởng dân từ trẻ đến già đến thầy cô giáo đến chính phủ lãnh đạo đều sống thiếu ý thức vứt rác như chuột. Vì vậy có xây nhà cao cửa rộng thành phố xã hội cũng vẫn là ỗ chuột. Rõ ràng như vậy từ chối không được.
