I am happy to see him being charged for his crimes. You missed his crime in faking being a doctor of dentistry. With that toxic substance charge it was not committed by him but it was done by Lucy and the Kidnapping I don't know but they did not really hold her against their will instead they brought her to her house were she could recover from the effects of the tranquilliser but the rest I agree.

One, I think adult Gru would be pardoned for saving cities in 2 and 3. Two, I would charge stealing the moon as a death sentence if he didn’t return it. The moon is very important for the Earth, and without it, what would life be?
